The Details: I've recently became the new owner of an old apartment building, and found myself very spooked. While the building is empty of paying tenants, but it seems something else has set up a home. There's been a very strange sound coming from the vents, and it moves through-out the building. We've tried to set traps to catch or even kill whatever is making the noise, but no luck. However you can get rid of it, is fine. Just leave my building in tact please!
