Abel's getting beat from from this but maybe there's something to still be found. He's going to see if he can get a close up of this guy on a camera and face match him to someone in the city as well as email a few folks and ask around if they know anything on him.

Harper was able to find out that chumming, or at least dumping chum, is illegal in all parts of the harbor save for one designated area that deals with marine security, just in case the fishermen bait in something a little too fierce to handle. This is a more recent rule though since problems have been becoming more frequent but they're trying to slowly but surely get people on board, but most real fishermen know this rule unless their just stragglers or folks that do this for fun...or their criminals who try to hide bodies this way. You might be onto something.

Abel, even with the fuzzy closed in image, you get a match in the system. A match to an Aeolus Ealdwood...brother to one of the males you are supposed to be questioning. What an odd coincidence. You send an email off to a few people but you also send one secure email to enlist in the help of a few of your boy's boys in order to find out more if there's an underworld presence between these brothers. No real criminal connection as far as they know, but they do send you back a picture of 4 folks seen together. Arden Ealdwood, Aeolus Ealdwood, Carzeah Warden, and an unknown female. But when you look this female up she is conveniently not in the system, which adds up suspiciously to the merfolk case on your hands. Did you find a common link? Or a very strange coincidence? Well, now you have 3 exact names and a face with a potential lead to her name. What more can the PD ask for? You guys rocked this.
